A Day in the Life of Mitarbeiter-in Verkauf:

As the first point of contact, you welcome, take care of, and advise our visitors, making you our business card in the store

• You excite our customers in our Tasting Area with our coffee specialties

• You recommend products from our wide range of machines and accessories to match their preferences

• You gain interest in our customer benefits program Nespresso & You

• You respond competently and flexibly to individual concerns

• At the checkout, you create a smooth and friendly conclusion to the shopping experience

• You create an appealing merchandise and shop presentation using our design recommendations for a completely pleasant atmosphere

• You approach people openly and communicate confidently and gladly in German

• You combine your service-oriented approach with great enjoyment in sales; experience with high-end, luxury, premium FMCG, or retail brands is advantageous

• You have at least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales

• You have a strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty (transparency and trust)

• With your quick comprehension, you learn about our machine, coffee, and service offerings and thereby provide an exceptional shopping experience

• You stay calm and organized even during stressful periods, and working on Saturdays is familiar to you
