Your role involves promoting and selling Nespresso’s diverse range of coffee machines, and coffee products. Become an integral part of the coffee community, inspiring others to consider what’s in their cup and how it enhances their daily rituals.



A Day in the Life:

 As the first point of contact, you take care of our customers and guarantee them an unforgettable shopping experience. Your tasks include:



- You recommend, present and sell products from our wide range of machines, coffee and accessories to match clients individual needs

- You respond competently and flexibly to individual concerns

- You invite customers to enjoy delicious tastings

- You manage coffee orders and ensuring the availability of all necessary accessories and brochures at the sales location

- You handle some administrative tasks

- You ensure the cleanliness of the sales area and performing minor repairs on machines

Your competencies



- proficiency in German is essential, French & English are a plus

- experience in FMCG retail brands 

- preferably at least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales

- strong work ethic, integrity and total honesty (transparency and trust)

- service-oriented, proactive team player with a passion for continuous learning and sharing
